Before you get in touch
- A drip didn’t arrive? Open the plan in the app. It shows whether the drip went out, is waiting for money or failed, and why. Failed transfers go back to your balance by themselves.
- Topped up but your balance didn’t change? Card top-ups usually show within a minute. If it’s been longer, send us the time and the amount.

SpenDrip will never ask for your card number, PIN, OTP or password, by phone, email or WhatsApp. Anyone who asks isn’t us.
